NetEnt Launch New World Cup Themed ‘Mega Million’ Campaign

The slot game software provider NetEnt have devised a new campaign for the World Cup which will see the company give away over €1m’s worth of cash throughout the tournament.
The campaign will begin on the opening day of the World Cup – June 14th – and will run right until the final on July 15th.
“Campaigns like Mega Million enhance players’ gaming experience,” said chief product officer of NetEnt, Henrik Fagerlund. “This summer’s football event is a great opportunity to push our already popular jackpot games, and that’s why we’ve splashed out on this one.
“Just like our players, we’re really looking forward to the World Cup and can’t wait for the excitement to begin!”
NetEnt have also created an industry-first sports betting widget which runs on their live roulette games allowing players to bet simultaneously on the World Cup and roulette. Daily bonuses will also be available on live roulette throughout the tournament.
Meanwhile, the Swedish based operator have also introduced a Football Free Round Widget which is a penalty shooted themed game where players are awarded free rounds and big cash prizes.
The new initiatives come after a tough year for NetEnt who replaced their CEO in March 2018 after disappointing results in 2017.
